1. Agreement between the Clients/Users & Scan My Flight:

2. Prices/Fares on the Website:

Service Charges, Cancellation Charge, Reschedule charge all are inclusive of Goods & Service Tax (GST)

The prices, which we are offering on Scan My Flight, generally includes accommodation charges, taxes (unless specified otherwise), and in special cases some meals (Breakfast /Lunch / Dinner). It never comprises or included any personal expenses or any other additional charges like telephone calls, personal-man services, entrance fees of any monuments and bar charges, etc. Scan My Flight offers the lowest Rate/ fares,  is subject to the availability of seats, selection of a specific sectors, timing of bookings, and terms and conditions of the airline/third-party service/supplier/ provider/operator, etc.

5. Communication Policies of the webSite:

• While making transactoins with this website, you will receive an e-mail from Scan My Flight for the status of your transactions.  E-mail will be directly sent to your e-mail address which is provided by you. Scan My Flight is not responsible for the receipt of the supposed e-mail in your inbox. Be careful in providing the right e-mail I’d.

• The customer should acknowledges that the SMS sent by Scan My Flight is an added facility for the convenience of the customers. It is not compulsory as per the law to provide SMS service alerts to the customers. If you don’t receive any SMS for any reason, Scan My Flight is not liable/responsible for the same.

• Scan My Flight is not responsible/liable for providing information about any change in flight schedules, cancellation, and status of the airline or hotel, etc.

6. Booking Policies:

Travellers/Passengers with over 12 hours transit in Bahrain will not be permitted/allowed to wait at Bahrain airport. He or she needs to pay USD100 as STPC charges at Bahrain Transfer Desk or may not be permitted/allowed to board ex Delhi. The total price displayed on our website includes all applicable Government Taxes as per the Rules and Regulations. In case of an increase in the fare while issuance of the Air ticket, due to airlines, miscalculation in the amount due to server errors and from the bank's payment gateway issues then Scan My Flight reserves the right to cancel the ticket/bookings and forfeit the amount received as Cancellation Charges. The difference in the amount should be paid to Scan My Flight. After communication from Scan My Flight to avoid any discomfort. You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking. To get/avail any infant’s ticket issued, the age of the infant must be below 2 yrs and make sure that they have valid proof-of-age documents when they are checking in, and  do remember that the infant must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old. You can book no more than one infant per adult. To avail infant fares; the infant must be under 24 months of age throughout the entire itinerary that you are booking. If the age of the infant is 24 months or above then you need to book a separate booking as a child. To get any child ticket issued, the age of the child must be in between 2-12 years and make sure that they have valid proof-of-age documents when they are checking in, and remember that the child must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old. All the tickets/bookings issued to the customers shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective Airlines/Supplier. If the tickets are cancelled directly from the airline's website, office, or call center, the customer needs to inform Scan My Flight for the refund to be processed immediately. Please note that Scan My Flight does not get or receive any alerts from airlines directly.The amenities, services, routes, schedule, aircraft type, seat availability, and any other details pertaining to the flight service are provided by the respective airlines, and Scan My Flight has no control over such information provided by the airlines.Scan My Flight shall not be responsible for any delay or cancellation of Service from Airline/Supplier/Operator's end. In the event of cancellation of the Service directly from the Airline/Supplier/Operator's website, office, or call center, the users are required to inform Scanmyflight.com for the refund to be processed. Scan My Flight does not get any alert from the operator side directly. All the information pertaining to the hotel including the category of the hotel, availability of images, room type, amenities and facilities available at the hotel are totally as per the information provided by the hotels to Scanmyflight.com. This information is for reference purpose only. Any discrepancy that may exist between the website pictures.
